The NAWIC Founders’ Scholarship Foundation (NFSF) is dedicated to supporting the future of the construction industry by investing in education. Through scholarships, NFSF helps students pursue higher education across a wide range of construction-related fields.

From skilled trades and project management to finance, law, administration, insurance, and business ownership, the construction industry includes a diverse range of professional paths. These scholarships are designed to support the next generation of leaders, innovators, and builders in every area of the field.

Design Drafting Competition

The NAWIC Design Drafting Competition encourages high school and college students to showcase their creativity, problem-solving skills, and technical talent in architectural design.

This competition offers students an opportunity to gain recognition for their craftsmanship while exploring real-world design challenges. Cash prizes are awarded to the top three entries 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place celebrating innovation and excellence in drafting.

Education Resources

Education Resources NAWIC chapters provide a wide range of educational resources for both students and members, including mentorship programs, career fairs, networking events, industry partnerships, and job-specific training opportunities.

Through the NAWIC Education Foundation (NEF), members also have access to professional training and certification programs in key areas such as safety, project management, leadership, and construction industry ethics helping women at every level of their career grow and succeed.
