We would like to know if you need a name badge for our NAWIC Meetings and other NAWIC events. Some people have lost theirs, changed jobs, never received one or their name has changed. For whatever reason, please let us know if you would like a name badge issued. This is free for our Chapter members.
If you’d like an extra badge, we can order an extra one for $10.00 each. Please indicate this on the order form.
We will verify with you that the information we received is correct before sending it off for print.
